Every card leaves a record
We track card appearances, wins, losses, and deck-level outcomes. Those numbers do not replace player judgment, but they show when a card is shaping the field too much.
A maintained game
Universia competitive play is built around observable card performance, transparent decisions, monthly maintenance, and a willingness to correct cards that damage the game.
We track card appearances, wins, losses, and deck-level outcomes. Those numbers do not replace player judgment, but they show when a card is shaping the field too much.
Cards with sustained, unhealthy win rates or oppressive play patterns enter review. Restrictions and bans are tools to protect the format, not a substitute for looking at the full competitive picture.
Problematic rules text, unintended engine interactions, and balance failures will be corrected through clear errata, restrictions, or bans. We will explain the reason and preserve a usable record.
Competitive online play receives a monthly card-pool and ban-list update cadence. Players should know when a change lands, what changed, and how to prepare.
Structured events are where deck ideas are tested under pressure. The partner portal is the beginning of a future tournament system for communities, stores, and organizers.
