These terms describe the intended player relationship for Universia. The full production terms will be reviewed and dated before paid services launch.
Accounts and eligibility
Players must provide accurate account information, protect their credentials, and meet the age requirements that apply in their jurisdiction. Steam and other platform accounts may also be subject to those platforms' terms.
Game license
Universia grants a limited, personal, revocable license to access the service. Game software, card art, rules text, characters, and other content remain the property of Toad & Luckdragon or their credited licensors.
Virtual items and credits
Cards, cosmetics, credits, packs, and other virtual items are licensed service features. They are not legal tender, do not create property ownership, and may be balanced, corrected, suspended, or retired as the service changes.
Purchases and refunds
Prices, taxes, payment processing, regional availability, and refund rights will be disclosed at checkout. Platform refund rules and mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
Fair play and conduct
Cheating, automation, exploits, harassment, fraudulent trades, account theft, and interference with the service are prohibited. Reports may be investigated and accounts may be restricted when needed to protect players.
Availability and test features
Universia is in active development. Alpha, beta, and preview features may change, contain defects, lose progress, or become unavailable while the service is prepared for release.
Reports and moderation
Players can contact support or submit a bug report. Public bug summaries are published only when explicitly approved and never include the reporter's private contact details.
Changes and contact
The effective Terms of Service will identify its revision date and governing entity before commercial launch. Material changes will be communicated through the service or account email.
