These terms and community rules apply to UniversiaTCG and its player services, operated by Toad & Luckdragon.
Accounts and eligibility
These terms apply to UniversiaTCG, operated by Toad & Luckdragon. You must be at least 13 years old and meet the age and parental-permission requirements in your location. Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials private.
Game access and virtual items
You receive permission to use UniversiaTCG for personal entertainment. Game content belongs to Toad & Luckdragon or its licensors. Cards, packs, credits and cosmetics are virtual service features, have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money. Balance changes, maintenance and service changes may affect them.
Purchases
Review the price, contents and any randomized-item odds before purchasing. Payment-platform refund rules and applicable consumer rights apply. Purchases do not give you ownership of the game or its intellectual property.
Community content
These rules apply to usernames, deck names, shared replays, public matches, trades and other content you contribute. Do not submit illegal content, sexual content, child exploitation or abuse, hate speech, threats, harassment, bullying, graphic violence, scams, impersonation, or content that exposes another person's private information. Do not upload or share content that infringes someone else's rights. You must have permission to share the content you contribute.
Fair play
Do not cheat, exploit defects, steal accounts, manipulate trades or interfere with the service or other players. Do not use the service to arrange real-money gambling or unauthorized sales of accounts or virtual items.
Reports and moderation
Use Report player to report objectionable content or behavior and block unwanted interactions. You can also contact support. We review reports and may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts or terminate access for violations. Blocking does not replace a report when content needs review.
Privacy and account deletion
The Privacy Policy explains how UniversiaTCG handles personal information. You can request account deletion in Profile > Account and privacy or on the website's account-deletion page. Deletion removes associated account data, subject to the legitimate retention reasons disclosed in the Privacy Policy.
Service changes and contact
UniversiaTCG is in Early Access. Features may change or be unavailable during development and maintenance. We will identify revisions to this policy and request renewed acceptance when required.
