This Royalty-Free Music Usage Agreement (“Agreement”) applies to any music, soundtrack, or audio track published by UniversiaTCG and specifically identified as available under this Agreement (“Music”).
By downloading, copying, using, or distributing the Music as part of another work, you agree to the following terms.
License Grant
UniversiaTCG grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the Music for both commercial and non-commercial purposes.
You may:
- Use the Music in videos, livestreams, podcasts, games, applications, websites, social-media content, films, advertisements, presentations, and other creative works.
- Broadcast or publicly perform the Music.
- Synchronize the Music with visual or interactive content.
- Edit, trim, loop, fade, mix, or otherwise modify the Music as necessary for your project.
- Monetize content containing the Music.
- Distribute projects containing the Music without paying UniversiaTCG royalties, license fees, or revenue shares.
There is no limit on the number of projects in which you may use the Music.
Attribution Requirement
Use of the Music requires attribution to UniversiaTCG.
Where credits, descriptions, documentation, or similar attribution areas are available, the following attribution is sufficient:
Music by UniversiaTCG — https://universiatcg.com
Equivalent wording is permitted so long as UniversiaTCG is clearly identified as the source of the Music.
Where the platform or medium reasonably permits links, the attribution should include a link to:
If clickable links are not supported or reasonably practical, displaying the name UniversiaTCG is sufficient.
Attribution does not need to appear directly on-screen during the use of the Music. It may appear in credits, a video description, project documentation, an application credits page, a website, or another location reasonably associated with the project.
No Royalties
You do not owe UniversiaTCG any royalties, licensing fees, subscription fees, revenue share, or other payment for uses permitted by this Agreement.
This remains true even if the project containing the Music generates revenue.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Claim that you created or own the original Music.
- Register the original Music, or a substantially identical copy of it, as your exclusive copyrighted work.
- Sell, license, or redistribute the Music by itself or as part of a music library, stock-music collection, sample pack, or similar product.
- Use Content ID, automated copyright enforcement, or a similar system to claim exclusive rights over the original Music in a manner that interferes with other authorized users.
- Represent that UniversiaTCG sponsors, endorses, or is affiliated with your project merely because you used the Music.
These restrictions do not prevent you from selling, monetizing, distributing, or protecting a larger original work that incorporates the Music.
Modifications
You may modify the Music for use within your project.
Modification of the Music does not transfer ownership of the original Music to you and does not eliminate the attribution requirement.
You may claim rights in your own original contributions to a modified work, but not exclusive ownership of the underlying UniversiaTCG Music.
Ownership
UniversiaTCG and/or the applicable rights holders retain all copyrights and other rights they hold in the original Music.
This Agreement grants permission to use the Music. It does not transfer ownership of the Music or its copyright to you.
The license applies only to rights that UniversiaTCG has authority to license.
No Endorsement
Use of the Music does not create a partnership, employment relationship, sponsorship, endorsement, or other affiliation between you and UniversiaTCG.
License Duration
For Music released under this Agreement, the license granted to you is perpetual for copies and projects created while the Music was offered under this Agreement.
UniversiaTCG may stop offering particular Music under this Agreement in the future, but doing so will not revoke licenses already granted for uses that complied with this Agreement.
Breach
Your rights under this Agreement terminate if you materially violate its terms.
If the violation can reasonably be corrected, your license will be restored once the violation is corrected.
For example, an accidental omission of attribution can normally be corrected by adding the required credit.
Disclaimer
The Music is provided “as is.”
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UniversiaTCG makes no warranties regarding the Music or its suitability for any particular purpose.
Acceptance
No signature or separate written permission is required.
By using Music identified as being licensed under the UniversiaTCG Royalty-Free Music Usage Agreement, you accept and agree to these terms.
